Licensing​

Please note that the SYMM Core is under BUSL license until the Change Date, currently 12-31-2027. Exceptions to the license may be specified by SYMM Governance via Additional Use Grants, which can, for example, allow the CORE to be deployed on new chains or be released in partnership with new Frontends.

The process to request a DAO vote for exceptions to the license or move up the Change Date will be released soon.

Modifications of the Change Date should be specified at Contract Modifications, and Additional Use Grants should be specified at Contract Use Grants.
